Fishing At Glenforsa

Photo of Fish caught on River Forsa in July 2015

The river Forsa, a minute’s walk from the end of the garden, offers nearly 7 miles of double-bank fishing with 47 named pools – from the ‘Sea Wall Pool’ just above the foreshore to the ‘Big Stone Pool’ up the glen.

Fishing is available for one or two rods during the season - either for the week or by the day, with or without a ghillie. Please go to www.hookedonmull.co.uk for further details or to make a booking.

A 4x4 vehicle can be driven up most of the glen to access the fishing.

The fishing season on Mull runs from 11th February to the end of October for salmon and from 1st June for sea trout. There is no fishing in Scotland on Sundays.
